1. Acceptance

By using the Channel ONE Africa app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Content Standards

You may not post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards.

5. Intellectual Property

All Channel ONE Africa content including video, audio, branding and logos — including the Channel ONE Africa name, logo and tagline "Real People. Real Stories. Real Impact." — are owned by Channel ONE Africa. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

6. User Content

By posting content you grant Channel ONE a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on our platform. You retain ownership of your content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Channel ONE Africa is provided "as is". We are not liable for streaming interruptions, data loss or damages arising from use of the app to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
